When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal or business use only.

5. Digital Products – No Refunds Policy

All digital product sales are final. Under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds are not required to be provided for change of mind.

If your digital product is faulty (e.g. inaccessible or non-functional due to our error), we will provide a working version at no additional cost. If a major fault exists and we are unable to fix it, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement as required by the ACL.

You acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product, you waive the right to cancel once access is granted or download is initiated, unless required under the ACL.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the Site or any product for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights;

  • Interfere with Site security or disrupt operations;

  • Share login or download access to purchased products;

  • Upload offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

7. Testimonials & User Content

If you submit content (e.g. testimonials, comments, social media tags), you grant us permission to use this content for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
